WellDog Ranked 16th Fastest Growing Private Energy Company in the US
13 August, 2015 (Laramie, WY) – For the second time in three years, Inc. magazine has ranked WellDog on its list of the 500|5000 fastest growing private companies in America. The list was started in 1982 and has included companies such as Pandora, 7 Eleven, Zappos.com and FITBIT. The 2015 Inc. 500|5000 list ranks companies by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period.
On the 2015 list, released yesterday, WellDog was ranked #543 overall, ranked #16 in the energy industry, and identified as the fastest growing private company in Wyoming.
“This past year has been difficult for oil and gas,” said WellDog CEO John M. Pope, Ph.D. “We have bucked the downward trend and actually accelerated our growth by building a strong market presence in coal seam gas in Australia and by positioning our shale gas and oil products in the US to help customers compete in this down market. WellDog’s services improve productivity in wells immediately, reducing costs for our customers and helping them be more competitive.”
“Inc. magazine’s recognition is a direct outcome of our longstanding dedication to pioneering technical solutions, customer-focused service and innovative business practices,” said Pope.
WellDog’s #543 ranking for 2015 is supported by an 858% growth between 2012 and 2014. In 2013, WellDog was ranked #88 with a 3,758% growth rate between 2010 and 2012.
